Mr. Aiyemomi has over 25 years’ experience spanning the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy, with exposure to best practices in stakeholders’ management.
Gboyega is a change catalyst and has spare-headed several projects in Lagos, Ogun and Edo States with a with a wide-ranging portfolio which included business development, change management, public financial management, due diligence, conflict management, process reengineering, policy management, strategy and monitoring & evaluation.
He played a pivotal role in his capacity as the premier Administrative Secretary of the Lagos Economic Summit Group (2000 – 2005) in the implementation of the economic blueprint which catalyzed the reform process taking place in the State today. The Summit Group was a multi-stakeholder platform for galvanizing partnership for development in Lagos State. Also, Gboyega played a key role in the reengineering of the public financial management system and public policy management process in Edo and Ogun States, where he was, at different times, appointed as Consultant and catalysed international donor development support for the two states. He is a Chartered Risk Manager with a background in development finance and holds a master’s degree in Project Development and Implementation.
