Host Communities

We are also committed to ensuring that we minimise the effect our activities on the host communities and society, demonstrating a clear understanding of the impact of oil and gas and balancing our business with sustainable social investment while driving growth and value for all stakeholders.

As an exploration & production company with an onshore presence in the Niger Delta, we understand how important it is to manage and reduce the environmental impact of our activities. We are committed to embrace and implement internationally recognized environmental management systems to mitigate this impact and ensure our activities are conducted with the least possible impact on ecosystems.

Health & Safety

We frequently engage with our staff and services providers to adopt the latest standards when it comes to health, safety and environment (HSE).

We uphold the principles of corporate governance to ensure transparency, integrity, and accountability in our functioning. All of these are vital elements to achieving our vision of becoming a major diversified, transnational, integrated African energy company.
